Apex Leadership Co. Comes to Greater Milwaukee
The Apex Leadership Co. is thrilled to announce the newest members of the Apex team — Daren and Jean Allen. The couple recently joined the company with their own branch dedicated to bringing the Apex programs to the Greater Milwaukee area, where they have lived for more than a decade.
Daren says he and his wife were looking for a business opportunity that would allow them to help their local communities raise much-needed funds for schools as well as to introduce valuable leadership and fitness lessons to students and youth groups. He says, “I started investigating various franchise options as my wife and I wanted to start building our own business. After an exhaustive search, I felt Apex was the best model for my skillset and personal interests.”
Daren, a former military officer in the U.S. who served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 24 years, spent 26 years in the sales and marketing capacity of the insurance industry. The couple has three children of and has been very active in school activities throughout each child’s school years.
“We were intrigued by the Apex format because beyond just providing a fundraising platform, it puts emphasis on the importance of leadership and fitness — all in a well-integrated fundraising model,” adds Daren, who also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Bread of Healing Clinic, a free clinic in inter-city Milwaukee and fundraises for the local high school drama department, in which their two younger children have interests.
The Apex Leadership Co. is thrilled and proud to watch the Apex brand spread to new regions across the country and to see the results of these programs helping local communities achieve their fundraising goals for children, students, youth groups and more.
